Fatty alcohol defoamer is a 0/W type emulsion defoamer made by emulsifying at high temperature with various water-soluble modified vegetable oils as auxiliary oils, advanced fatty alcohols, and long chain mineral oils as base oils.

Among them, fatty acids and fatty alcohols have strong hydrophobicity and are not easy to hydrolyze, auxiliary oils have a wide range of adaptability and good fluidity, and small molecular alcohols have good hydrophilicity, so the overall performance is characterized by strong dispersion, no stain migration, and good biodegradation. It has good degassing and bubble inhibition properties in papermaking white water, and can prevent the phenomena of broken paper, hole spot and needle eye caused by foam.
